When we were away this fall our main water line broke just outside the house and the water poured into our finished basement. It was running for about a week before someone found it. I called Lake Effect and no questions asked they showed up and began drying out the space. They spent the next week tearing out affected drywall and flooring. All while handling our personal items with care. They had a great relationship with our insurance company and documented everything in order for the adjuster to make appropriate estimates. They even showed up to meet the adjuster when I couldn't be there. We felt taken care of through the whole process. I highly recommend Lake Effect Restoration!
